Tip of the Week #5 – New Resident’s Licensing

It is a common misconception that if you move, even between provinces, your drivers license is still valid until its expiry date. This is not the case!

As a new resident, you have 90 days after moving to Saskatchewan, (or until your current Canada or US driver’s licence expires, whichever comes first) to get a Saskatchewan driver’s licence.

If you don’t change to a Saskatchewan licence within 3 months then you are driving with a licence that is not valid.

These tips are just one more way we provide excellent customer service to our clients. Come see for yourself.
